Frequently asked questions
Can we get samples first?
Yes. Once we confirm the item and specification you need, we send samples from local suppliers, check quality with you, and then agree the final specification.
Can you match our specification or packaging?
We agree specifications such as variety, size, sugar content, moisture and weight, and pack formats for bulk, retail or food service. Products under your own brand (OEM · PB) can also be discussed.
Do you handle import customs clearance?
Yes. We manage the Korean import declaration, quarantine and customs clearance, then handle storage and logistics in Korea and deliver to your logistics centre or plant.
Can you supply items not on your list?
Please ask. We first confirm whether Korea permits the import and what quarantine conditions apply, then find suppliers in Vietnam and make you a proposal.
How do you keep supply from being interrupted?
We secure multiple suppliers and plan production and supply at origin based on your expected annual usage, so supply stays stable.
